'What about Targeted Justice (TJ)?' - Part one - of three.

What are Targeted Individuals (TIs), and who are they? People that are primarily subjects of experimentation conducted by military secret services, specifically in mind control studies. Their behaviors are influenced, and control is sought over them. Interogation programs , behavior programs, and military training are performed on them. Because there are many secret programs, there are differences in how these programs effects them.

There is substantial information available regarding these covert experiments, both historical and current. Numerous books have been published, YouTube testimonies have been shared, and there are websites dedicated to this topic. The term "Targeted Individuals" refers to those subjected to these state-sponsored experiments. Generally, TIs are individuals who live alone and are perceived as potential candidates for experimentation, possibly due to possessing unique abilities.

Historically, these experiments were conducted in institutions such as medical facilities, psychiatric hospitals, or prisons. In contrast, today’s experiments take place in private residences. The secret service has developed technology that allows them to access individuals' minds remotely, eliminating the need for physical isolation in dark spaces.

However, the TI community has become more visible due to the internet, which provides them a platform to share their experiences and raise awareness.

Within this niche, Targeted Justice (TJ) has emerged. They present narratives and communication styles that resonate with many individuals. A diverse audience that feels disempowered and unheard is attracted to their message, especially individuals who connect their circumstances to government actions. While their personal experiences differ greatly, there are several common effects, such as tinnitus, feelings of unbalance, stings, heat, and vibrations. Some people also perceive voices and sounds, which are not merely illusions but rather artificially created noises. Additionally, many experience dream manipulation and thought steering, responding to their subconscious.

TJ claims to be the definitive resource for information and assistance for Targeted Individuals (TIs), a role they've held since 2017. Many TIs feel well-represented and supported by them, believing TJ to be genuinely helpful. However, I question this assessment. TJ provides content, maintains a website, and issues newsletters, acting as an information hub. As the largest and most visited site on this subject, they bear a significant responsibility. In my opinion, they do not fulfill this responsibility adequately.

Allow me to explain why.

I have personally found TJ's communication disturbing. As I've previously noted, this communication has hindered my access to the press and serious researchers. For instance, Dutch journalists, after encountering information from TJ's website and newsletters, quickly dismissed my claims as unserious, part of fake news, and conspiracy. News agencies – crucial for public discourse – are understandably cautious, striving for objectivity and avoiding association with conspiracy theories.

Consequently, TJ's approach complicates my efforts, and likely those of others seeking publicity or support from organizations like Amnesty International or investigative journalists. I dedicate my time to convincing the public and media about the reality of this cruel, technology-driven brain experimentation, providing carefully constructed and thoroughly researched information. MKULTRA- 2, human experiments. Simultaneously, I must combat disinformation and FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) spread by TJ and numerous other sources. This struggle sometimes involves direct confrontation with state actors like the CIA, AIVD, and NSA, or battling persistent misinformation on Wikipedia that is nearly impossible to rectify.

My personal frustration stems from dedicating my time to demonstrate to the public and press that being targeted with brain weapons is a real phenomenon, not a conspiracy, while Targeted Justice consistently undermines this effort by portraying it as a conspiracy.

This analysis examines real and trustful information a necessity given the pervasive disinformation landscape online. The internet is flooded with bots, spies, and dedicated disinformation operations actively obscuring the truth and promoting alternative narratives. These agents—often overtly present as fake victims, human operatives, or sophisticated AI bots—are designed to be confrontational.

Central to this effort is advanced AI technology that masquerades as human. This AI controls internet-connected devices ("the internet of things") to assist secret services and other state actors. Its primary functions include concealing programs like "MKULTRA-2" and orchestrating false flags or alternative scenarios.

The system's capabilities extend to blocking websites, IP addresses, computer modems, and phones. It can manipulate perception, making individuals seem incredible or unreliable. Furthermore, it actively alters online information, personalizing ads and user feeds. This technology can also degrade the quality of sound and video, and manipulate search engine optimization (SEO) to make content, such as YouTube videos, unfindable. While partly human-driven, this increasingly involves AI directly programming, steering databases, and executing commands.

Three- and four-letter agencies deliberately cultivate an atmosphere of confusion, nonsense, and disbelief around these topics. Their primary objective is to buy time to advance the multi-faceted "BRAIN" program. This intricate program relies on us as "guinea pigs," exploiting our minds as raw data to train AI systems and construct a universal digital brain—one designed to adapt to any person, in any culture. We are not compensated for providing this essential data; instead, it is stolen from us. During this process, we are subjected to torture and threats, designed to force our minds into accepting their imposed new role.

This relationship is parasitic: we provide, and they consume, much like a mosquito extracting blood. The torture lies in the demand for complete surrender, the destruction of our ego, and forced compliance even against our will.

Their need for time also drives their attempts to conceal their presence and obscure the truth. They achieve this by diverting individuals into obscurity with fabricated narratives and lies, leading them away from discovering their operations and, crucially, their methodologies. These tactics include the widespread use of fake stories, fake individuals, fake friends, false offers of help, and misleading information.

When faced with unexplained phenomena, a lack of proof, or ignored facts, individuals who persist in their claims are often dismissed as lunatics, fools, or simply 'crazy,' their credibility undermined. These tactics are frequently employed by those who actively lie, hide, or steal evidence, and engage in elaborate operations, including establishing fake businesses—a practice they've reportedly engaged in for decades. Their ultimate goal is often to produce and control any perceived opposition.

Informing the public about these illicit activities is a constant struggle, compounded by the need to combat bots, spies, and secret service operations. I personally experience significant harassment, including hacked devices (iPhone, iPad, modem), stolen USB sticks, a destroyed laptop, disrupted internet connections, and controlled communication. The severity of this control even necessitates driving 130 km round trip just to mail a letter securely.

After two years of study, I wrote a book, authored 51 articles over six months and launched a freely accessible website, all examining sound, radiosignal, and cognitive warfare. Notably, in interviews conducted by researcher Robert Duncan, all individuals identifying as 'Targeted Individuals' reported hearing phenomena, even when some would statistically be expected to have hearing impairments – yet none did. My work is informative, thoroughly researched, and supported by extensive evidence. But I am also searching, and looking for truth. In contrast, 'TJ' fail to produce similar credible content, publishing little that is coherent or substantiated.

Why ?

Instead, they actively disseminate disinformation and fake news across platforms like X and Substack, inadvertently making the concept of 'Targeted Individuals' seem unbelievable. Let me illustrate with an example and demonstrate the proof.

Approximately a year ago, on the TJ Substack, I corroborated a claim that portable mind control equipment exists. I have personally witnessed such devices, both openly and covertly, on numerous occasions. Even a CIA operative, 'Alice,' interviewed by Harris, confirmed their reality. However, the TJ community appears to have no tolerance for uncomfortable truths that deviate from their established narrative. Despite my respectful and accurate contributions, I was subsequently blocked.

Consequently, I conducted my research independently of the TJ website, a process I found liberating and one I believe others should emulate. I observed that individuals with new information or ideas are often dismissed or ostracized on their platforms, where a pretense of comprehensive knowledge often masks their own misinformation—or a deliberate intent to mislead. I eventually disassociated myself from them. However, I recently had to correct a TJ member on X multiple times. This individual later spread false news, claiming that MI6 head Richard Moore was dead, reposting this misinformation twice. I had to correct her again, pointing out that the person had posted publicly just two days prior, thus disproving any claim of being dead for two months… This illustrates their propagation of fake news.

The same TJ member subsequently posted an open invitation: "Are you a Gov't Whistle blower? you can privately contact one of our Officers or Board Members."

Consider this: the same individual who recently spread demonstrably false information on X regarding a public figure is now soliciting government whistleblowers. Can such an individual be trusted with sensitive information? Whistleblowers should instead prioritize contacting reputable journalists and utilizing highly secured communication methods and dead drops for their safety.

I recently read on X. a call to 'pray for Len Ber,' alleging he is now under constant attack for publishing that Dr. Michael Hoffer may no longer be permitted to test civilians for unknown brain disorders. One must question if this information is truly considered 'dangerous' by an entity like the CIA. A reason to attack him more. Furthermore, it raises the question: why is TJ specifically requesting prayers for this individual, but not for other victims? Is it to maintain its spiritual leadership?

The TJ Story:

The TJ story is constructed upon the following primary claims:

1. Underground Military Operations: Underground military facilities, the Schriever Space Force Base, is allegedly being used to harm and attack civilians worldwide.

2. The Vircartor Weapon: A HPM weapon, referred to as the "Vircartor," is purportedly utilized to "shoot and burn" individuals across the globe.

3. Physical Evidence of Targeting: Red, burned, and swollen faces, along with large open wounds on legs, are presented as physical proof of individuals being targeted.

4. Scalar Wave Technology: The concept of scalar wave beam forming, as discussed by Robert Duncan, is integrated into the narrative, suggesting the deployment of interacting radio wave beams. 

5. Satellite Tracking: Satellites, including GPS, are reportedly employed to track worldwide individuals, with a small point on the top of the head described as receiving this tracking data.

6. Implant Detection and Removal: A megaphone is suggested as a method to detect implants, which can then be surgerly removed.

7. Unknowing Targeted Population: It is asserted that half the global population is targeted without their knowledge, with electromagnetic fields (EMF) being observable indicators of this targeting.

8. Identification of Perpetrators: The individuals responsible for these actions are identified as "Nazis," leading to the display of images depicting swastika flags.

9. The Source of Ideas: These concepts are attributed to an intellectual individual. This individual reportedly compares himself to the combined intellectual stature of figures like Einstein and Leonardo da Vinci. This self-comparison is noted as highly unusual and not corroborated by other scientists.

Concealed Objectives: Strategies for Truth Suppression

Consider a scenario where the covert aim is to prevent the dissemination of truth regarding state-conducted human experiments. To effectively mask and suppress this information, one might employ the following tactics:

1. Establish a Front Organization: Form a group that outwardly presents itself as an advocate and protector of the victims.

2. Develop Digital Engagement Platforms: Create digital tools such as forums, websites, and newsletters to attract and gather individuals.

3. Craft Plausible Narratives: Present information and stories knowing that victims are often receptive to any explanation, provided it appears credible.

4. Implement a Hierarchical Structure: Build an organizational model resembling a military or pyramid structure. This places a single leader at the top, with affected individuals (often referred to as "Targeted Individuals" or "TIs") forming the broad base. This model is designed for global replication.

5. Neutralize Dissent and Opposition: Actively suppress and neutralize any opposing viewpoints, criticisms, or alternative theories that could potentially lead to the discovery of the truth.

6. Disinformation Campaign: Mix genuine information with strategically inserted misinformation, including fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD), fabricated news, and unsupported conspiracy theories. This blend is crafted in a way that professionals in media, medicine, science, and justice cannot logically accept, thereby undermining its credibility.

7. Feigned Authority and Inflated Claims: Cultivate and reinforce a false sense of authority. This involves ostentatiously displaying various titles (e.g., "Dr.", "Ph.D.", "Captain", "Leader", "Board Officer"), parading impressive statistics like website page views, and making unsubstantiated claims about the number of affected individuals (e.g., "6 million TIs").

8. Project a Mystical or Heroic Image: Present the organization or its leaders in a spiritual or heroic light, portraying them as "chosen" or "holy" figures (potentially incorporating symbolic imagery, such as a pyramid-like mountain, into the logo).

9. Claim Exclusive Representation: Assert sole authority to speak on behalf of all affected parties and designate the organization as the only legitimate contact for press inquiries.

10. Orchestrate a Symbolic Lawsuit: Initiate a high-value lawsuit (e.g., claiming $1.3 billion) against governmental entities (e.g., FBI, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice) while being represented by a single attorney who coincidentally occupies the top position within the organization's hierarchical structure. Such an action is engineered for a near-certain outcome of failure.

The Strategy:

The objective is to confine the narrative around "targeted individuals" within the realm of fake news, conspiracy theories, and hoaxes, specifically associating it with extremist fringes like the right-wing QAnon movement. This strategy aims to deny alleged victims access to justice or acceptance by credible media outlets that could influence public awareness.

The Deceptive Narrative Construction:

The fabricated stories consistently combine the following elements:

1. Misappropriated Science: Scientific concepts are used out of context or twisted to support false conclusions.

2. Plausible Deniability: Claims are presented as seemingly possible but are ultimately untrue. When combined with other elements, this complexity obscures the deception.

3. Discrediting Nonsense: Clearly absurd components are included to make the entire narrative appear unbelievable and easily dismissed.

Implementation and Examples:

This communication strategy relies on unsupported claims, such as assertions of hundreds of embedded technological devices found in bodies, without ever providing verifiable examples. Alternatively, they propagate the idea of imperceptible, nanoscale devices supposedly inhaled by a significant portion of the population (dubbed "a gift from heaven"). While reputable media outlets dismiss these claims, they resonate as a faint "maybe" among vulnerable individuals, allowing the deceptive narrative to persist.

Furthermore, fabricated evidence has appeared, such as manipulated images of implants and wires posted on platforms like X. by newly created accounts. These emerged shortly after the original implant ideas were debunked, seemingly designed to lend false credibility to the discredited notions.

The Toledo Case:

Currently, lawyer Toledo (one of the team members) is disseminating images of her ears, asserting that they reveal nanoscale embedded device antennas (a claim notably inconsistent with typical nanoscale dimensions). She claims these were surgically implanted illegally in Puerto Rico.

Toledo additionally asserts that many others possess these devices, reviving an earlier discredited narrative involving implants that she previously claimed to have received during illegal surgery also in Puerto Rico. This prior story was subsequently retracted. The re-emergence of this identical, debunked narrative is notable, which included assertions that the implants are visible under blacklight.
