We are under attack.

Highlighting the critical need for effective communication. We (TI), including myself, must elevate our communication to a professional standard. This means ensuring it is clear, truthful, evidence-based, and technically sound.

DO NOT CREATE ‘evidence’ like protesters with help of AI. It will be counterproductive. The image below is fabricated with AI!

The reason for this urgency is that we are under attack, seemingly by our own government. The motives behind this—perhaps the development of a war system, cognitive warfare strategies, or an AI-driven control program akin to a police state designed to suppress dissent—remain unclear. However, the pattern is evident: a well-funded organization operating outside legal constraints, possibly the Secret Service and the military, is implicated. In my case, it IS specifically the Secret Service, both general and military branches.

When facing opposition from one's own state as an innocent civilian, self-defense is paramount. This requires crafting a compelling narrative supported by factual evidence, including words, videos, audio recordings, witnesses, and technical data, communicated professionally.

Those targeted by state experimentation understand the importance of uncovering evidence and truth. Achieving this requires convincing the media and press, engaging the public, influencing politicians, and ultimately, persuading the judge.

Therefore, communication is vital. We need to have a strong, unified voice to shift the current perception of TIs. Currently, many, including friends, disbelieve their claims, and the mainstream media largely ignores them. We must secure publications in major news outlets to initiate public and political discourse regarding free will, consent, brain rights, and oversight of the Secret Service. We must demand investigations and systemic change. We need sustained effort to achieve this goal.

Good communication is also clear sound and image, speech you can understand, good information.  

Many kids know how to do that. They make selfies, videos for TikTok, they use sound-only messages, edit videos and create visual art. Without any problems and with interest for their audience. 

They grew up with the media, with phones and apps that partly help them do so. 

I am a documentary maker, and video audio specialist, creating video and sound. I learned many things that are partly automated today. Light, sound, editing, green screen, image, video and photography. And also: how to tell the story. How to get your public. As a journalist, you learn to focus on your public to bring a message, to convince. Many professionals do think the same as I.

For individuals facing attacks, recognizing the tactics employed by adversaries is crucial. These entities often prioritize undermining your message, concealing their actions, manipulating media narratives, and discrediting your credibility. Their strategy involves portraying you as irrational, confused, or associated with fringe viewpoints, thereby marginalizing your influence.

They utilize a network of professionals, including bots, organized opposition groups, and influential figures within key positions, to promote alternative narratives. These actors possess substantial resources, advanced technology, and considerable latitude in their operations, often facing legal repercussions only after misconduct is proven.

Understanding this opposition is vital when publishing information or navigating personal attacks.

Individuals, like myself, may experience intrusive actions such as data breaches, theft, and digital manipulation, all aimed at silencing dissenting voices. This is a real and ongoing battle.

Effective communication is essential. Enhancing your communication skills through online courses or AI assistance can be beneficial. However, be aware of the potential misuse of AI, particularly in creating manipulated audio and video content. It's important to critically evaluate the authenticity of online content, including verifying lip-sync accuracy, sound quality, and source credibility.

Content creators and platforms also confront challenges like censorship, manipulated audio/video, and website interference. These tactics can involve website blocking, audio alterations in streams, and dynamic website content manipulation, similar to targeted advertising. Furthermore, devices such as modems, computers, and phones are vulnerable to compromise.

Technical Tips for Content Creation:

• Audio Quality: Use an external microphone when recording subjects at a distance to improve sound clarity.

• Recording Environment: Choose quiet locations for interviews to minimize background noise.

• Visual Composition: Properly light your subject and ensure their face is clearly visible, especially the lips, for better communication.

• Camera Movement: Avoid erratic camera movements. Use slow, deliberate panning motions, stopping at one side before changing direction.

• Stability: Prioritize steady shots. Use a tripod or stabilizer if needed.

Storytelling Tips:

• Focus: Avoid abruptly switching between unrelated topics.

• Evidence-Based Approach: Base your content on verified knowledge from books, whistleblowers, and credible sources.

• Avoid Unsubstantiated Claims: Steer clear of speculative or conspiratorial narratives.

• Maintain Credibility: Present yourself in a rational and relatable manner to avoid being easily dismissed or labeled negatively.

Addressing Misinformation and Disinformation:

• Be wary of claims that contradict established scientific knowledge or common sense.

• Consider the potential for advice that could worsen your situation, particularly in areas like V2K experiences.

• Recognize that widespread dissemination of extreme or outlandish claims may be a deliberate tactic to discredit genuine experiences and make it harder for targeted individuals (TIs) to gain credibility with friends, family, or journalists.

Purpose:

This content aims to empower you and strengthen your resilience, not to provide instructions for directly confronting adversaries.

Sound Manipulation and Deception

Technological advancements allow for the projection of sound, creating the illusion that neighbors are harassing you. Knocking sounds and voices may seem to emanate from their direction, leading to the false conclusion that they are involved. This is a tactic of manipulation intended to provoke conflict with neighbors, incite police intervention, and ultimately lead to self-discrimination. When investigations yield no evidence, the victim may be labeled as "crazy" or feel ostracized by the community. The situation can be further complicated if the victim's own experiences are mirrored or reacted to by those around them.

It is crucial to recognize this tactic and avoid falling into the trap. Initially, the sensory information may seem convincing, but understanding the technology of projected or 3D sound is essential.

Building Credibility and Countering Manipulation

To effectively address this situation, consider these strategies:

• Establish Credibility: Working collaboratively and acknowledging differing perspectives can create a more receptive environment.

• Project Professionalism and Health: Demonstrating a stable and professional demeanor can enhance your credibility.

• Produce Professional Content: Creating well-produced videos with clear audio and visuals can help convey your message effectively.

• Communicate with Facts: Base your communication on factual information and question assumptions to maintain objectivity.

• Exercise Critical Thinking: Analyze what you see and hear critically to avoid manipulation.

• Understand the Manipulators' Tactics: Recognize that key individuals are strategically positioned to manipulate situations.

• Identify Agendas, Methods, and Technology: Understand the goals, techniques, and technologies used by these manipulators. Be aware that they may initially flatter before attempting to discredit or eliminate you.

Advice for Targeted Individuals (TIs):

Avoid combining too many complex theories (e.g., COVID-19, UFOs, historical conspiracies, gem trails, MKULTRA, etc.) into one narrative. While some connections might exist, focusing on one issue at a time can make your claims more convincing. Simply convincing someone that you are the target of technological manipulation is already a significant challenge.

Question why some individuals enjoy unrestricted media access while others do not. The reasons may be revealed through further research and investigation.

Important Reminder: Avoid harming yourself, such as punching your ears, in response to perceived auditory attacks.
