The testimony of CIA officers explained heard sounds. All in the Cuban embassy hear sounds, crickets, high pitched sounds, or a rumble. So, victims of the Havana Syndrome speak about the sound they hear. Rumbles
What has sound to do with it? Makes the sound a part of what Targeted Individuals experience? Is it possible that sound is part of the problem? Many victims and researchers looked at high-pitched sound. And so I did. I worked professionally with sound, but never thought about the harm it can do to people, other than sound too loud. You can wear protection for that. I am talking about what I learned and experienced in the Netherlands. Dutch surveillance software based on US MKtech 2.0 tools. More in the book I wrote.
A few things about sound.
Sound wave looks like that of a radio wave. Frequencies, but many people can't separate the technical implications. One of them is that sound propagation is COMPLETELY different compared with radio waves. Sound is moving, it is a vibration. A radio wave is not.
Sound is hearable by the ear at frequencies like 20Hz-18000Hz. That is vibrations per second. The higher pitched sound is ultrasound, and the lower pitched sound is ultrasound. Both are not hearable for humans, but can be present, even in high volume. And they can harm. Their vibration can do many things in the body, the nerve system and the brain. That is also why the military designed sound weapons.
The ear
The ear is basically divided in an outer ear and an inner ear.
Vestibular System
The vestibular system of the inner ear contains cavities with sensors for linear and angular accelerations. Via several, mostly subconscious channels in the central nervous system (eye movements and postural changes), it provides perception of motion and orientation. Thus, acoustic stimulation of the balance organs is possible in principle : production of vertigo and nausea by infrasound. Infrasound = LOW sound.
Effects of Whole Body Vibration
For vertical vibratory excitation of a standing or sitting human body, sound below 2 Hz the body moves as a whole. Above, amplification by resonances occurs with frequencies depending on body parts, individuals, and posture. Eyes, sex, brain. The main resonance is at about 5 Hz where the greatest discomfort is caused; sometimes the head moves strongest at about 4 Hz. (!!)
The voice may warble at 10 to 20 Hz, and eye resonances within the head may be responsible for blurred vision between 15 and 60 Hz. In phase movement of all organs in the abdominal cavity with consequent variation of the lung volume and chest wall is responsible for the resonance at 4-6 Hz. (That is four to six ‘beats’ per second) Vibration above 2 Hz produces several physiological effects (respiratory, endocrine, etc.) that are important for how comfortable you feel.
Vibrations
To make sound effective to harm, you need to pass a math barrier. Sound itself can’t travel far. There are many sound weapons in use and produced. Some are classified. Loud and high-pitched and very low with a lot of pressure and power. (Some use plasma formed by gas exploding in a tube.) It can shake you to death. Some use big speakers to produce high volume, some use transducers to transmit ultrasound, some are guided radio sound weapons. Very precise. Very powerful.
You can inline focus sound with a laser. (See: MIT) Up to 300 meters with moving mirrors. In direct sight. Very focussed on the ear of a target. Not in the home, but outside, or in direct contact. You can place sound in a sandwich of ultrasound, Hypersound, as demonstrated by its inventor. And you can transport sound in every house by placing it on a transport layer. Modulation. Like the radio in your car. Sound travels by air, and it hits the molecules and so it slows down and loses power. (See image) Radio signals (microwave is a very directed wave) like AM radio, travel far.
There are many ways to place sound in a radiowave, like blockmodulation and others. You can transport sound if you place it on a layer. That is like radio work, it is music modulated on a transport layer, and in the car the transport layer is taken away, the music is amplified and so you can hear it through the speakers. They vibrate, and the sound enters the ear.
You need concentration and focus, to hear. You can hear a person in a crowd saying your name. That is how the brain works, it is a receiver like the radio in your car. It filters out all the noise, the amplification is low.
Sound at high volume, that is, decibels can shake parts of your body, all of them have a vibration of their own. If you hit the body (BRAIN, EYES, YOUR SEX, stomach) with the natural organ frequency (the resonance), and more power than the body can handle, you feel pain or even rupture inside you. Every object has its own frequency. Its own vibration. A human, a house, a chair.
The best known science written about the human and sound makes it clear that it can be used to influence man, it can vibrate organs in the body, it can transport normal hearable sound, it can be used to cut flesh, to bounce back and to entrain the human mind. The rhythm can be the same as waves, to relax or to make you nervous. Sound can give you an unpleasant feeling, it can irritate you even if you do not hear it. It can be present.
Sound can have a lot of energy, but normally it can’t go far... There are other ways to transport sound: you can place hearable sound in light, in a laser stream, you can place it in another sound, so normal sound on ultrasound. The sound spectrum is not so large as the radio spectrum, with only 20,000 ‘elements’, you have the whole hearable sound spectrum covered. Music and talk. All the very low and high sounds are included. Compared with the radio waves that go in the hundreds of thousands of sinus movements, it is very small.
Very low sounds have large waves, I mean large. They are difficult to produce and even more difficult to focus, but high sound waves are very directive, easy to focus and have small waves. It’s the same as with radio waves. Ideally, you produce a weapon that has high impact and loud INFRA low audio frequencies in a radio signal so you can place it very precisely, and WIFI is able to make a 3D image of the people in the house. (See: DENSEPOSE) So it is easy to target and aim.
“ You can not only use sound to vibrate or irritate the human, you can use it to enter the brain or nervous system. The 8th brain nerve is there for transport (see image) and there is even a better way: to affect the nervus vagus. To force you into 'fight or flight' mode, be nervous “
It’s also possible to do that with an electrical signal, microvolts. They are present in a radio or microwave. The door opening for the brain?
The EAR!
You can use it for communication or to produce electricity in the brain, like you can do with radio waves. Can sound do other things? Yes!
Electrical waves and audio waves can go into a marriage with another. There is even a ‘shadow’ of sound in an electrical presentation inside the brain. That is, that the sound wave has a nephew in an electrical signal that is stored in the brain.
Reading the Robert Duncan book, ‘Project Soul Catcher’, I stumbled on the fact that he interviewed 650 Targeted Individuals, and none of them were deaf. None. Statistically, the number of deaf people is 27 in a group of that size. That is amazing.
So the CIA people that were influenced heard crickets. That is a high-pitched sound. It can be a sound that is a byproduct of something else. Like you can hear sounds close to a radio telescope, or high voltage electricity line. Maybe it was not the sound itself that was responsible for the effects. But they remember the sound. “THE SOUND” is also the name of a radio interview with journalist Nikky Woolf. He was doing research on ‘Havana Syndrome’ disease. I think It could be ultrasound that is into a radio signal. Hidden in. The unthinkable and physically impossible. It is not the whole story but a part.

An excellent article Ray... I too have been pondering this Audio that appears to behave very like radio. It's almost like it RESPONDS to our EXPECTATIONS.. Could this be QUANTUM MECHANICS at play??
Maybe sound is similar to light in that it can carry as a wave or (something akin to) a photon?
