I can testify that small brain hindering devices exist. Havana Syndrome. I have seen one in format like a portable backpack machine, and even smaller ‘ tube-like’ devices. Used against me, even smaller devices at proximity. I am convinced there is not ONE method or weapon to be used. There are radio and sound devices. And others. Small ones too.
I see Targeted Justice clinging onto the VIRCATOR story (a very large, heavy old type of machinery, heavy enough to shoot at satellites) being responsible for TI. It is not. And also combating the CIA news that they are testing a small device to influence the brain. WHY? Len Ber from TJ is feeding Grok with his own writings and publications to convince Grok that it is all made up of fake stories. Who is the PsyOp operator here? The CIA is testing this technology because it is impossible to say it does not exist. Their own people on the field are talking about it, after being hit. It is in the publicity. Journalists published about it, it is changing the perspective more than Targeted Justice can achieve.
I told you before these small devices exist. And are in use. It is direct effective on your nervous system. You want to flee from your position, feel uncomfortable. It can be as small as a big headphone people are wearing, at proximity like 2 meter. Again look at my video I just published here, about near infrared lasers. See what ULF sound can do, they miniaturized that antenna extremely small. It fits on a drone!

I know from my personal experience that my surveillance team all have the ability to read my thoughts in real-time because they have translated my thoughts on the dime then repeated them back to me.
Most of my female surveillance team consists of beautiful women who use online modeling as a cover for their surveillance "under cover'. They survey me while also posing as real TI's, but they know that I don't fall for the psyop.
Some of them pretend to flirt with me. Probably because they are just mapping my brain, but I don't really give into it.
Just like Targeted Justice's And Toledo can pretend to be a genuine TI, every other agent can play the role of a TI and mislead real targets.
My experience has taught me the facts. I don't trust anybody who claims to be targeted, but they endorse targeted justice. I do not trust or endorse and female who is trying to trap me by " flirting" with me. They are agents trained to fulfill a mission, and yes, flirting is part of their mission, but I'm not falling for it.
