I live in the Netherlands. Small country with a high density of population. A high-tech country too, ASML is the largest company in the world to produce machines that can make very small chips. Nanoscale.

It is also the country that has tied links with the VS and the defense industry. And housing university’s specialized in neural technology, nano biology, radio technology, cognitive transformation technology, neural networks.

We held an AI conference before, about how to implement AI in warfare. The next one is in Spain. In February 2026.

The Netherlands has also its own institute to study new developments. It is called The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies.

One of the topics they published about is the use of AI in quantum computing, and the use of Emerging Disruptive Technologies. EDT. In the NATO doctrine this is part of Cognitive Warfare. And I believe is used to do direct interacting with the brain using noninvasive technology.

For example, quantum computing is an avenue for hyper-charging AI-based processes. This has implications for various shifts, such as the erosion of democracy or the transforming of military sensing.

EDTs also affect multiple domains. AI applications can be used to harvest and exploit personal data. They can be employed towards the consolidation of authoritarian models of statecraft. AI applications can furthermore can also be used in the deployment of autonomous weapon systems and the automated optimisation of military planning and logistics in the short term. “

Furthermore, “Cognitive attacks are designed to use information to activate the subconscious processes in our brains, making it difficult for our conscious minds to perceive the presence of a cognitive threat” These factors constitute an approximation to the empirical referents that partly constitute the extension of the cognitive warfare concept.”

My brain is hacked

I am connected with an AI language learning model. I am one of the few people whose brain is hacked and modified for the purpose of creating a database with brainwaves. That can be used and translated with the help of AI into an understandable language. Emotions like love, aggression, anger, fear. But also a highly detailed language model that can understand and react human alike. The Netherlands is building a tool for continuous monitoring and control.

It is largely AI based, and autonomous. It can be used to keep an eye and ear on suspects of crimes, terrorists, journalists, the elderly. At its core, it is monitoring the thoughts of a person, its visualizations and internal monologue. To achieve that, SysOp in Cognitive Warfare, in the military, uses speech and patterns that is received directly in the brain of the target.

My brain is hacked in 2019, with technology that is a combination of chemicals, and brain entering signals. EM-based and with the use of ultrasound. Done by entering the ear and by the fosses channel into the brain.

The connection with quantum computing and AI to doing RNM is complex. But they were able to do that. Heavy vibrations from pulses and waves that are entering my brain and spine. Electrical energy is entering my system, all muscles and brain are under influence of low power electrical energy. Milliwatts. Pulsed energy.

One of them is in 2 Hz frequency, to stimulate sexual arousal that is needed to produce brain chemicals. DOPamine. (neurotransmitters). The DOPamine helps in extensive firing of neural activity. That makes the brain unable to be read with an external signal. Others synchronize with the existing brainwave I am in.

Hacking a brain without consent is a crime and using the stolen data -like the brain patterns- is also a crime. A war crime. I do not consent to being exploited, give no permission to be used or to share my energy and inner thoughts. I breathe and eat and exercise to maintain my body and mind. It costs me money.

By harvesting my energy, they steal. Without payment. I do not give permission to be recorded and hindered in my normal life. But that has been going on for 9 years now, and it ruins my life, soul, brain and body completely.

So, the ethical use of AI systems is something they discuss with partners during the forum, but do not implement themselves. Pointing the finger to Russia or China. But they better point on the Netherlands themselves.
